Hypnotherapy & NLP

For the fears, anxiety, and patterns that quietly run the show

When people hear "hypnotherapy," they often picture stage shows — someone clucking like a chicken, losing control, saying things they'd never normally say. That's not what this is. Hypnotherapy is simply a state of deep, focused relaxation — you stay fully aware and in control throughout, and nothing happens without your say-so. It's a way of working with the mind when logic and willpower alone haven't been enough to shift something. Some things don't respond to being reasoned with — the fear that flares up out of nowhere, the anxiety that won't switch off, the habit or pattern you've tried to break a dozen times. Hypnotherapy and NLP work differently, going beneath the surface to actually shift what's driving it, rather than just managing the symptoms. Sessions are practical and grounded, built entirely around what you're dealing with.

Sessions are practical and grounded — no stage-hypnosis theatrics, just focused, effective work built around what you're dealing with.

What this can help with:

  • Anxiety and specific fears — including dental and medical anxiety

  • Stress and overwhelm

  • Unwanted habits and patterns

  • Confidence and self-belief

  • Moving past something that's been holding you back for a long time

How sessions work:

Sessions are held in person or over Zoom, so wherever you're based, we can work together. Each session is tailored to what you're working through — some things shift in one or two sessions, others benefit from a short series of them.

For dentists, doctors, and other referral partners:

If you're a practice referring a patient for anxiety-related support, sessions can be arranged flexibly around their needs, and I'm happy to talk through how this could work for your patients specifically.
