Service Description

These sessions offer a safe, supportive space for you to talk, process, and navigate your experience of grief in your own way and at your own pace. Grief can bring many emotions — loss, confusion, anger, sadness — and sometimes it helps simply to have someone there to listen and support you without judgement. These sessions offer a gentle, grounded space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. Please note: These sessions are focused on emotional support and guidance and are not psychic or mediumship readings. You are welcome to book a single session, or return for further support if and when you feel you need it. Sessions are available as 60 or 90 minutes. If you feel you may need more time to talk and process, a longer session can offer a more relaxed and unhurried space. You’re free to choose what feels most comfortable for you.


Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking Policy Appointment Booking:All appointments for support sessions must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made through our website and the payment will be made to Feel Better You Ltd Full payment of the session fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Confirmation: Once your booking is made and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. Special Requests: If you have any special requests or requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs as best as possible. Cancellation Policy Cancelling Appointments: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will be fully refunded. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be offered to re - schedule once , but no refund. No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the appointment will not be refunded. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with no penalty if you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the above cancellation terms will apply. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full session fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged. Refund Policy Session Fees: Refunds for the session fee are provided according to the cancellation policy outlined above. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
