These sessions are specifically available for clients in the United States and Canada to make booking easier across different time zones. These sessions are available as 45-minute or 60-minute readings, depending on what feels right for you at the time of booking. Each reading is a calm, intuitive space where I work with both psychic insight and mediumship connection. This means we may explore guidance around your current life path, emotional clarity, relationships, or messages and evidence from loved ones in the spirit world where this comes through. Every session is unique and guided by what is most relevant for you in the moment. My work is grounded, compassionate, and focused on bringing clarity, understanding, and connection to what is unfolding in your life. These sessions are offered to clients in the United States and Canada, with appointment times arranged to make connection across different regions simple and accessible. Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking Policy Appointment Booking:All appointments for spiritual readings and Reiki sessions must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made through our website and the payment will be made to Feel Better You Ltd Full payment of the session fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Confirmation: Once your booking is made and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. Special Requests: If you have any special requests or requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs as best as possible. Cancellation Policy Cancelling Appointments: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will be fully refunded. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be offered to re - schedule once , but no refund. No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the appointment will not be refunded. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with no penalty if you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the above cancellation terms will apply. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full session fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged. Refund Policy Session Fees: Refunds for the session fee are provided according to the cancellation policy outlined above. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us to discuss your concerns. If within the first 10 minutes of a reading, either one of us feels the reading is not working , the session will be stopped and either rebooked or refunded.
