Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy for Private Events, Demonstrations/Floorshows Booking Policy Appointment Booking: All appointments for Psychic & Mediumship Events must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made through our website and the payment will be made to Feel Better You Ltd Full payment of the session fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If a deposit is mutually agreed to hold the booking, the remainder of payment is due 7 days before the event or can result in cancellation. Confirmation: Once your booking is made and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. Special Requests: If you have any special requests or requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs as best as possible. Cancellation Policy Cancelling Appointments: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice will be fully refunded . Cancellations made less than 7 days of the appointment will not be refunded due to the length of time and arrangements that has been allocated to fulfilling your booking. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with no penalty if you do so at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling with less than 7 days notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the above cancellation terms will apply. Timings: Event timings agreed upon in advance should be adhered to in order to ensure smooth running of the evening. Any significant changes to the schedule may affect the delivery and flow of the event. Refund Policy By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our booking and cancellation policy. Session Fees: Refunds for the session fee are provided according to the cancellation policy outlined above. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
