Booking and Cancellation Policy ( for Tarot Parties only ) Booking Policy Appointment Booking: All appointments for Tarot Parties must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made through our website and the payment will be made to Feel Better You Ltd Full payment of the session fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Confirmation: Once your booking is made and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. Special Requests: If you have any special requests or requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs as best as possible. Cancellation Policy Cancelling Appointments: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 48hrs of the appointment will not be refunded due to the length of time that has been allocated to your party Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with no penalty if you do so at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the above cancellation terms will apply. Late Arrivals: Due to the party facilitating several readings please be sure to be aware of the order of your party guest. If you arrive later for your reading, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next guest. The full session fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged. Refund Policy Session Fees: Refunds for the session fee are provided according to the cancellation policy outlined above.
